COVID-19 UPDATE FOR MEMBERS WISHING TO APPLY FOR LOANS
Due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic we are changing the way we process loan applications. Going forward, any member wishing to apply for a loan can ring their local office. We will take all the necessary details over the phone, the loan will be assessed and if approved, the member will be allocated an appointment to come into the office to sign for and collect their loan.
Also, for those members who are visiting the offices, please keep your visit as brief as possible in order to minimize the contact between staff and member. Remember, if you wish to make a payment to your account or to your loan, you can ring us with your Debit Card details and we will process your transaction over the phone. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but the health of our members and of our staff is extremely important to us here at TPM Credit Union and we ask for your understanding at this difficult time.
