Members Proof Of Identity & Address
All members who joined TPM Credit Union before 2000 were written to in November 2017 and asked to provide photographic proof of identity and address verification.
This could be either their Passport or Driving Licence photo AND a utility bill or Bank Statement (dated within the last 3 months).
Not all of those members contacted have responded to our request but now we must urgently ask them to do so BY 31.1.2019.
We understand that this could be an inconvenience but by LAW we must hold this documentation for ALL our members.

Death Benefit Insurance
The Board of Directors have changed the criteria for cover under the Death Benefit Insurance (DBI) Scheme and this will apply from 31st December 2018.
All members must keep a minimum of £50 in their accounts at all times in order to qualify for DBI.
To participate in the Scheme it is now your responsibility to ensure you keep a minimum of £50.00 in your account AT ALL TIMES
The Member’s premium for DBI Insurance is paid for by the Credit Union
DBI cover is an Insurance payment of £1,000 which helps with funeral costs upon the death of a member. This cover only applies to members who joined the Credit Union before the age of 70.
